April 26, 2024 - Victoria, B.C. - The Victoria Royals announced today that the team has signed Assistant Coach Morgan Klimchuk to a multi-year contract extension.
Klimchuk joined the Royals prior to the 2022-23 season, having previously served as an assistant coach with the Edge U15 Prep team during the 2021-22 season after concluding his playing career.

April 17, 2024 - The Victoria Royals announced today that the team has promoted Dara Festinger to Director of Hockey Operations.
Festinger joined the organization in a full-time capacity prior to the 2021-2022 season in which she was the Manager of Hockey Operations and Analysis.
"Dara is a hard worker who has shown her dedication and commitment to the organization," said Royals General Manager Jake Heisinger. "She is an important part of our management team, and we look forward to her continued contributions."

April 16, 2024 - Victoria, B.C. - Three members of the Victoria Royals have been listed on the NHL Central Scouting Final Rankings ahead of the 2024 NHL Draft. Nate Misskey was ranked 89th, while Seth Fryer was listed 206th amongst North American Skaters. Goaltender Ryan Tamelin was listed 29th amongst North American Goalies.
The Final NHL Central Scouting list was announced on Tuesday morning which outlines top players from North America and around the globe heading into the upcoming draft.

April 10, 2024 - Victoria, B.C. - The Victoria Royals have promoted Jake Heisinger and named him as the Team's General Manager, the Club announced on Wednesday. The Royals did not name a General Manager during the 2023-2024 season.
Heisinger joined the Royals in August as the Team's Associate General Manager after six seasons with the Winnipeg ICE franchise.
